A limited number of Corvette enthusiasts received special treatment at the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix this past weekend.
Not only did they get to enjoy the roar of the C6.Rs screaming around the track, as did the rest of us, but they were treated to special Corvette Corral parking on the island and a pre-race parade loop around the course.
Other participating marques had corrals, too, but no marque was represented so well as Corvette. Ferrari’s, Viper’s, Audi’s, and Porsche’s were present, but in much smaller quantities.
