At long last, Chevrolet has just released the official pricing information for the 2009 Corvette ZR1. The starting price (including destination) is $103,300. This is not far off from original estimates people were making of $100,000 months ago.
Here’s a breakdown of the other charges and options:
- $ 1,700 Gas Guzzler Tax
- $ 10,000 Option Package
- $ 2,000 Chrome Wheels
The option package will include power-adjustable, heated and leather trimmed sport seats with the ZR1 logo, side air bags, Bose premium audio system, navigation, bluetooth, power telescoping steering column, and custom leather-wrapped interior. We can’t imagine anyone looking to buy a ZR1 would opt to not have the option package, but you never know.
The only remaining unknown in this equation is what dealers will be charging over that MSRP. It should be very interesting to see how this plays out and how much people will be willing to spend over sticker.
