I am having the hardest time about trying to find clothing that is not a C1 or C6 or something like that. My husband has an '82 and a '07 vette. I am looking for apparel such as a hat, shirt or sweatshirt. Is there a noticeable difference in the apparel if it's labeled as a C? His car is not a C series that I know of. Thanks.

Great question. If your husband has both a 1982 and 2007, first off he's a lucky guy! As far as clothing goes though, you'll want to look for merchandise labeled as C3 or C6. The 1982 model is a Corvette C3 (or 3rd generation Corvette). The 2007 model is a C6 (or 6th generation). The "C" number is not related to a specific feature or series of the Corvette, but rather is associated with the generation of the vehicle. Hopefully that helps, and good luck in your search.
