2009 Corvette Exterior Color Options

Now that we have received the Color Selection guides from Chevrolet for the 2009 model year, we can confirm the 2009 Corvette will offer the following color options:
  • 10U:  Arctic White
  • 17U:  Blade Silver Metallic (New!)
  • 41U:  Black
  • 45U:  Velocity Yellow Tintcoat
  • 57U:  Cyber Gray Metallic (New!)
  • 74U:  Victory Red
  • 83U:  Atomic Orange Metallic
  • 85U:  Jetstream Blue Metallic Tintcoat
  • 89U:  Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat
We cannot yet confirm which colors the 2009 Corvette Z06 will come in, or what colors may have an extra cost associated with them, but as soon as we do, you'll know it!  We'll be covering the interior color options tomorrow... stay tuned!

Chip, we are just in the process of posting the chip samples for the two new colors. Every other color will remain the same from 2008. Stay tuned!

The Jetstream has to go. Chevrolet needs to replace that puke blue with the superior Dark Navy Metallic Blue. I'm looking forward to the C7 interior. The C6 latest rendition leaves a hell of lot to be desired. Especially when limiting the customer to black carpet with red upholstery or when black carpeting is found in the storage area behind the seats, even with the tan interior. Deliver me. :(

Steve, we hear you! The Jetstream Blue is not our favorite color either, but does seem to have some traction in the market. I agree that a nice dark blue in the navy area would make a big difference. Unfortunately, no plans for that in 2009.

As far as the C7 interior goes, I think they will make some great strides. Thanks for your comments!

We had a post just after this with the color chip chart from Chevrolet showing the new 2009 Colors. Chevy has not come out with any photographs of Corvettes in those new colors, so there's nothing we can do about that, sorry!

Sure wish GM would go to the 68 year yellow!!! This yellow is too yellow for my 65 yr ole eyes!!!
