2008 Corvette Weekly Ordering Constraints

This week the constraints on Corvette production remain high.  As always, we at CorvetteBlog have the latest constraints straight from General Motors.  2008 Corvettes that are ordered this week have a Target Production Period (TPP) of August 27, 2007.

If you're looking to order a new 2008 Corvette, make sure you pay attention to the following options which are currently either unavailable or in limited production:
  • 1LT Package:  0 Available Nationally, Greater than 4 weeks of constraint based on a Supplier Material Restriction.

  • 4LT Package:  0 Available Nationally, Greater than 4 weeks of constraint based on a new option introduction (we are hearing September maybe before we're able to order).

  • QX3 Chrome Wheels:  160 Available Nationally (40%), Greater than 4 weeks of constraint based on Supplier Capacity Restrictions.

  • QG7 Polished Wheels:  144 Available Nationally (36%), Greater than 4 weeks of constraint based on Supplier Capacity Restrictions.

  • Z51 Performance Package:  100 Available Nationally (25%), Less than 4 weeks of constraint based on Supplier Material Restriction.
  • 89U   Crystal Red:  72 Available Nationally (18%), Less than 4 weeks of constraint based on Supplier Material Restriction.

  • F55 Magnetic Ride:  40 Available Nationally (10%), Less than 4 weeks of constraint based on Supplier Material Restriction.
If you're looking for a 2008 Corvette Z06, there's only one constraint nationally:
  • 3LZ  Package:  0 Available Nationally, Greater than 4 weeks of constraint based on a new option introduction (we are hearing September maybe before we're able to order).
