Corvette Blog is delighted to announce that the Maritime & Science Technology Academy of Miami, Florida is first to submit photos of their beautiful Corvettes for publication. We are looking at a white 1980, pewter 1998 and red 1967. Thank you, sir, for a job well done.
The beach picture (wouldn’t you like to work by the beach?) was taken across the street from the school, and the flag pole shot is right at the school. Robert F. Lassiter, U.S.C.G. (Retired) states that the site is Hobie Beach on Virginia Key, between Miami and Key Biscayne.
That reminds me of the Chevrolet Biscayne, a fine car that never quite had the attraction of the Corvette!
