Too often I hear that Corvette owners don’t drive their vehicles everywhere. They have a second (or in some lucky cases a third) vehicle that they use for ‘everyday’ errands and save the Corvette for special occasions or joy riding events. This story is about a couple who thinks differently.
Don and Martha Sipe of Albany, Indiana treat their 2007 Corvette as any other normal car, but appreciate it as any other Vette owner.
Since March, they have put over 11,000 miles on their Corvette, driving across the country and across town. They love the leather seats, they love the gas mileage, they love it all.
Their coupe is perfect for groceries or whatever they have to get in town, and wherever they have to go to show it off. While they originally were looking at red, they ended up with Velocity Yellow because of the attraction it seems to gather from everyone around town and around the country.
