A quick visit to the list of upcoming Corvette Events for Calendar Year 2013 on the National Corvette Museum's website reveals this simple, unadorned statement:
"NAIAS C7 Reveal *January 10-13"
There is no decoder for the asterisk, but further down the page is this statement:
"Dates and events are preliminary at this time, sign up on NCM eNews to get the latest updates."
God willing, I will be at the N.A.I.A.S., also known as the Detroit Auto Show, looking to publish one of the first photographs of the next generation Corvette!
A week or two later, the NCM removed this “event” from their Calendar of Events.
