Public tours of the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant resume Oct. 14.
Visit the plant's website for more details. The plant underwent a $131-million upgrade for production of the 2014 Corvette Stingray.
The tours, which include a one-mile walk along the production line, are available Monday thru Friday at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 2 p.m. Central Time.
Tour cost is $7 per person. With ID, current GM employees, GM retirees and active military personnel are permitted to tour free of charge.
